    Other Frequently Asked Questions: 

    Q:  How much of a time commitment is there to being a coach?
    A:    The general time commitment is 1.5 hours/2x per week, beginning at the end of March, and ending with the 5K Event on Saturday, June 16th.

    Q:  What are the requirements for being a coach?  
    A:   Coaches must be 21 years old, CPR trained, and attend a mandatory 3.5 hour FUN coach training on either 1/28/12 or 2/4/12 from 10am – 1:30pm in Stratham, NH.

The results of the study showed that participants had significantly higher physical activity commitment and physical activity levels as well as improvements in body image.
